【Fukinoto Gin】 natural and bitter Limited Edition 500ml 45ABV ¥6,140(tax.incl) 「野沢温泉蒸留所」 ✖ 「Mixology Boutique」 昨年わずか1ヶ月で完売となった「Fukinoto Gin」が、より香り豊かになって帰ってきました。 今回で3回目のコラボレーションとなる野沢温泉蒸留所とともに、春の訪れを告げる『蕗の薹（フキノトウ）』を主役に据えた、みずみずしい香りと心地よい苦味が五感を魅了する一本です。 4月、野沢温泉周辺の雪解けの山々に芽吹くフキノトウを、弊社代表・南雲が現地で一つずつ手摘みで収穫。ボタニカルの準備工程に立ち会い、「フキノトウらしさ」として求める香りの方向性を蒸留所スタッフと深く共有しました。今回は浸漬のアルコール度数を前回より高く設定し、均一に浸透するよう容器も改良。さらに蒸留のカットポイントも見直した結果、フキノトウの爽やかな香りがより鮮明に引き出されました。 ジュニパーベリー、カルダモン、柚子、レモングラスなどが絶妙に調和し、ボトルを開けた瞬間から春の野山の香りが溢れ出すような仕上がりになりました。 【テイスティングノート】 香り: 圧倒的なフキノトウ、そしてジュニパー。カルダモン、コリアンダー、砂糖漬けのジンジャー、ハーバルかつフローラルなアロマ。 味わい: フキノトウの爽やかな香りとトロリとしたシトラスキャンディのようなほのかな甘み。コリアンダー、カルダモンなどのスパイシーな厚みが重なり複層的な味わいが広がる。余韻にはフキノトウらしいほのかな苦味が心地よくたなびく。 【おすすめの飲み方】 • ロック: 心地よい苦味とともに、トロっとしたシトラスキャンディのような甘さが際立ちます。 • ハイボール: 野山のアロマと苦味、柑橘系のほのかな甘みが絶妙なバランス。ジン30mlにソーダ100mlがお勧めのバランスです。 • カクテル: ネグローニやサワーカクテルとの相性は抜群。新しいオリジナルカクテルやツイストアイテムとしても活躍します。 【使用ボタニカル】 ジュニパーベリー、蕗の薹（長野県野沢温泉村産）、コリアンダーシード、カルダモン、ジンジャー、レモングラス、レモン、柚子 〜野沢温泉蒸留所について〜 長野県野沢温泉村、日本三大火祭りの地に2022年オープン。元缶詰工場を改装した蒸留所で、温泉の湧き水と地域のボタニカルを活かしたクラフトジンを中心に、アブサン、そして熟成中のシングルモルトウイスキーを手掛ける多国籍チームによる新鋭蒸留所。World Gin Awards 2024ではNOZAWA GINがベスト・イン・カントリー賞、SFWSC 2024ではジン4品でダブルゴールドを獲得。TWSC 2026ではCLASSIC DRY GIN Distiller’s Cutが最高金賞を受賞するなど、開業からわずか数年で国際的なコンペティションで20以上の賞を受賞しています。 Last year’s sellout in just one month — Fukinoto Gin is back, more aromatic than ever. Now in its third collaboration with Nozawa Onsen Distillery, this gin puts Fukinoto (Japanese butterbur sprout) — the iconic harbinger of spring — front and center. The result is a vibrant, fresh-scented spirit with a pleasantly bitter finish that captivates all the senses. As the snow melts across the mountains surrounding Nozawa Onsen each April, fukinoto begins to emerge from the earth. Our founder, Nagumo, traveled to the distillery to hand-pick each sprout one by one, joining the production team to deeply align on the aromatic direction that defines “true fukinoto character.” For this edition, the maceration ABV was raised higher than the previous batch, the vessel was redesigned for more uniform botanical infusion, and the distillation cut points were refined — all resulting in a significantly cleaner, more vivid expression of fukinoto’s signature aroma. Juniper berry, cardamom, yuzu, and lemongrass weave together in perfect harmony. From the moment you open the bottle, it’s as if the fragrance of a spring mountain meadow comes rushing out. 【Tasting Notes】 Nose: Fukinoto takes center stage, bold and unmistakable, alongside classic juniper. Notes of cardamom, coriander, candied ginger, with herbal and floral aromatics. Palate: Fresh fukinoto character with a silky, citrus-candy-like sweetness. Layers of coriander and cardamom add spice and depth, building a complex, multi-dimensional palate.
