130mm Ko-Bunka - knife blade by Masakage These beautiful damascus blades are hammer forged by highly skilled artisans in Fukui prefecture. The core of the blade is made from VG10 stainless steel which is wrapped in 32 layers of nickel damascus. The only way to achieve a truly unique pattern in a damascus blade is through forging. Unlike commercial damascus blades each knife in the bespoke range is unique. For the Chef's Armoury Bespoke range we wanted to give our customers something really special.
