Fukushima is a monoprint painting of the geological formations of that area. The Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant was built on this bedrock. This painting was inspired by my t ime spent in Japan after the 2011 Tsunami and Earthquake, the costliest natural disaster to date. The clean-up at this power plant is ongoing. Show more
