One-on-One Sessions The best conversations rarely fit neatly into a category. Sometimes people come because they're stuck. Sometimes they're grieving. Sometimes they're standing at a crossroads and can no longer hear themselves clearly. Sometimes they're carrying questions that live somewhere between healing, relationships, creativity, identity, spirituality, purpose, and simply being human. My work lives in those spaces too. I draw from trauma education, lived experience, nervous system awareness, storytelling, symbolism, intuition, creative practice, and years of helping people make sense of their inner worlds. Rather than forcing your experience into a particular framework, we follow what is asking for attention. Sometimes the conversation is practical. Sometimes emotional. Sometimes deeply symbolic. Sometimes spiritual. Every session is different because every person is different. You bring yourself. I'll bring all of me. What My Work Looks Like My background doesn't fit neatly into a single title. Over the years I've worked as an artist, writer, trauma specialist, educator, community builder, storyteller, intuitive, and guide. In practice, that means I don't separate people into categories. Rather than focusing on one piece of the puzzle, we explore how the pieces connect. Intuition & Spiritual Exploration For some people, these sessions remain entirely practical and grounded. For others, intuition becomes part of the conversation. I sometimes receive imagery, symbols, emotions, colors, patterns, or insights that seem connected to what someone is experiencing.
