Booking & Appointment Policy Booking Fee All booking fees are strictly non-refundable. Please read all booking information carefully before confirming your appointment. By making a booking, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. Hair Length Requirement This service is suitable for hair that is 8 inches or longer. If your hair is shorter than 8 inches, please contact us before booking to confirm whether your desired style can be achieved. If you book without checking and your hair is too short for the service, your booking fee will not be refunded. Payment Methods Online bookings must be made using a valid debit or credit card. We are currently unable to accept Afterpay, PayPal, or Zip Pay for online bookings due to previous cancellation and refund requests after appointment times had been reserved. These payment methods are still accepted in-store on the day of your appointment. Service Pricing The final price of your service will vary depending on your hair type, thickness, length, braid size, and whether extensions are included. Sydney Cornrow styles start from $30. Prices may vary depending on the braid size and the addition of extensions. Melbourne Cornrow styles start from $20. Prices may vary depending on the braid size and the addition of extensions. Hair Preparation If your hair is Afro-textured or naturally curly, it must be straightened before your appointment. If you arrive without your hair being straightened: An additional straightening fee will apply. On busy days, we may be unable to complete your appointment if the additional straightening time affects other scheduled bookings. Guests Due to limited space in our salon, companions are not permitted during appointments unless prior approval has been given. No-Show & Late Arrival Policy Please ensure you are 100% certain you can attend your appointment before booking. If you fail to attend your appointment without notice or arrive significantly late: Your booking fee/deposit will be forfeited. You may be restricted from making future appointments with our salon.
