The length of our Full-Hand Chasen is optimised for comfortable grip, and number of prongs carefully chosen by our matcha sommeliers to allow for both usucha and koicha methods of preparation. After each use, rinse with cold water and dry in a well-ventilated area on top of the accompanying stand.
