FunCakes Glaze Topping lets you apply a shiny mirror layer on top of your bavarois cakes and desserts, fruit pies and pastries. Simply give it a mix, add in your FunCakes food colourings (f desired) and apply! Perfect for creating an eye-catching effect - adds a luxurious finish to your cakes. Instructions: Stir the Glaze Topping well before use (pro-tip: you can colour if desired using the FunCakes colourings!) Apply the Glaze Topping to your cake with a palette knife and smooth out. Or use a brush to apply a nice, shiny layer onto your fruit pastries. (FunCakes suggest using acetate foil around your bavarois cake to apply the Glaze Topping even tighter) Approx 375g nett.
