This private 60-minute Functional Breathing Coaching session helps you become more aware of your current breathing patterns and learn practical breathing tools you can use in everyday life. This is an educational and personalized session focused on helping you understand your breath, your patterns, and which practices best support your goals. I am trained in functional breathing and trauma-aware breathwork, with experience across a wide range of breathing practices for regulation, relaxation, activation, and deeper breathwork experiences. Your session is personalized around your current breathing patterns, goals, and nervous system state. The goal is to leave with something practical: A better understanding of your own breath and tools you can actually use in everyday life.
