You will be applying for real jobs, like astronaut, lawyer or priest, however you will have unreal qualifications, such as a dragon, the ability to speak panda, or a DeLorean! In the game, each player uses his crazy qualifications to convince the other players that they the best for a job. To do this, players could tell the story of why their qualifications make them the best fit for the job, or role-play and act their skills to try and convince the potential employer.
