This course includes traditional methods and fully compostable designs (no foam, no wires, no tapes - only bases made from woodland materials. Not always a subject that is easy to talk about - but funeral work is a very important sector of floristry as it is still the one area that is exclusively for professional florists. It is truly satisfying and creative work and a great addition to your skills set. Your tutor Sarah is our senior tutor and a highly experienced funeral florist. By the end of the course you will have the confidence and skills to design a wide range of funeral tributes. You take home all the designs you create during the course. You will have the opportunity to photograph your work on a wicker coffin - perfect for your portfolio. Included: a gallery of professional funeral design images that you can use on your own website and social media. Exclusive to students attending this course.
