As I do use butter and coconut oil in most of my treats - especially during the summer, so I can’t promise the treats will stay intact while travelling across the country. I have had amazing courier results so far but I still can’t guarantee that your box will also arrive in perfect condition. All products are packed with care as I wrap each individual item and pack them tight in the box so they don’t move around while being handled by the delivery team. Once handed over to the post shop the care of the package would now be in their control and may or may not be handled with the same care. If you do choose to go along with this risk your treats will get sent out the following Wednesday of ordering and once you receive them it is best to pop them into the freezer straight away. We do not offer refunds for any cancelled, delayed or damaged boxes in transit but if you kindly get in contact with me I will do my best to resolve the issue in order for you to have a good experience with our service. The only refund given will be store credit and that is if there is a fault while being in our care.
