Notes: Rich, Dark, Organic Chocolate, Warm Molasses Cookies with hints of Ginger & Nutmeg Origin: Colombia, Brazil, Mexico, Uganda, India. Brewing Method: Espresso, French Press, Drip Description: BOLD not Burnt. We've been working on a more 'classic' profile for the people who want to enjoy the specialty coffee world but aren't into the fruity notes of coffee. That's what we created. A slower roasted, more developed cup that checks those pallet profiles. If you're an espresso machine user, this one falls into that wheel house easily. French Press & Drip coffee connoisseurs can enjoy a bolder version of the Pink Rocket. We've dubbed this blend the 'gateway coffee'. For those who are intrigued by the specialty coffee world but haven't been able to find what they're seeking yet.
