Made by NasonMoretti, on Murano, since 1923. Fungo is a set of two glasses and a bowl. Stacked, they make a mushroom: a footed violet glass at the base, a grey tumbler for the stem , the green bowl inverted on top as a cap. It is not ornament given a function. It is function that resolves, at rest, into figure. The three pieces work alone, without help. A glass for water, a glass for something else, a bowl for whatever the table asks of it. They do not need each other to do their job. They simply hold their own form when they are touching. Exclusive to Australia. Show more
