This Fusilli Lunghi is twice the length of regular fusilli, making it fun for kids as much as a show stopper for adults! It's not a common shape, making it perfect for a special pa sta night. The pasta is toothsome and flavorful. This is the best Italian pasta you will ever eat. Mancini pasta is produced from durum wheat cultivated directly by the company, which is very uncommon. Semolina and water are the only ingredients. They use circular bronze die plates and dry the pasta at temperatures lower than 130F, taking about 25 hours for short pasta and about 45 hours for long pasta.
