Component Specific Use and CareFull Product:Tips & Life Hacks7 Tips for easy meat mincing: For tougher ingredients (like beef), start with the coarse mincing grid, before switching to fine grid for the final result. It will make meat mincing much easier. Screw ring should not be screwed on too tight; handle should turn easily. Cut your meat into small pieces. Use very cold meat for mincing. Fill the hopper max half-way. Do not press the meat in the hopper with the plunger while turning. From time to time, turn the handle counter clockwise (5-6 turns every time you refill the hopper).
