The AM Tri by All Merrick of Channel Islands Surfboards is designed for progressive, performance surfing. Featuring the neutral flex pattern of the Future Fins Honeycomb construction, this fin's wider base provides increased drive off of the bottom. A refined tip allows for easy release off of the top and additional rake provide more hold on rail, resulting in an ideal set for point breaks or open faced waves. The center fin is smaller to further increase maneuverability. Geometry Merrick's template has a high degree of sweep with a narrow elongated tip and a smaller center fin for release and maneuverability. Material Honeycomb. The hexagonal foam core mat in these fins reduces the resin content, making the fin lighter while keeping the fin stiff where it counts. This gives these fins a medium flex pattern making them a great all around performer. From mushy beach breaks to pumping reef points, honeycomb fins are the standard when it comes to upgrade fins.
