Origin: Central Mexico Tasting: This roast has expressions of malt, cocoa, nutmeg. It has delightful acidity with a touch of dried red fruit. Aroma: This roast has hints of caramel, raw almond, toasted peanut, and honey with dry baker's cocoa. Bean: Beautiful chestnut brown with no visible oil or signs of approaching second crack. Additional notes: The roast is reminiscent of classic coffee house aroma and taste, with incredible smooth nutty body led by nutmeg and hazelnut and finishing with a dry baker's cocoa.
