A late disgorged version of our special release reserve sparkling wine, eight years in the making and only 600 bottles produced. The culmination of a project Ben has worked on sinc e Flint opened its doors in 2016. Late Disgorged wines give you the opportunity to taste different expressions of previously released wines, VMV LD sits as a companion to the VMV sparkling wine, aged on its lees for an additional 2 years. Made from Pinot noir, Chardonnay and Meunier, the VMV LD is a blend of the best juice from across three vintages, ⅔ aged in oak, secondary fermentation in bottle, and aged on its lees for a further five years.
