Our high-quality Mylar, zip-loc ked, food grade, heat pressed and sealed bags, capture and lock in the fresh crunchy candy right out of the freeze-drier. The freeze dried products do become fragile after the freeze-drying process, so imperfections and breakages of the packaged product are to be expected, particularly during transit. Our products are packed with care, and as padded as possible, to minimise damage during transit.
