Zeolite clay, Activated Charcoal, Aloe Vera (organic) gel, Apple pectin, Silica, and Humic Powder. Other Ingredients: Vegetable capsule (Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and water) This product is made without dairy, gluten, soy, corn, animal products, artificial coloring or flavoring. What Is The Recommended Dosage? Normal Dosage: 1 capsule-2x daily (away from meals- take 1-2 hours before or after meals) Advanced Dosage: 2 capsules-2x daily (away from meals- take 1-2 hours before or after meals) Take 1 hour apart from other medications and supplements. When introducing a new supplement, we recommend taking the lowest dose for 2-3 days. As tolerated, increase the dose until you have reached the recommended normal or advanced guidelines.
