Large Mems unit has A Vision and unique fabrication and assembly numbers printed on them, plus hand written test results and miscellaneous labels. We are not sure what equipment th ey were made for but the Mems unit is about 8.8" long x 2.14". The actual "Mirror Mems Active Area" is 0.872" x 0.68". These are being sold "as is" for experimentation and study. They may have blemishes or scratches on the surface of the mirror and other problems. Used - May vary slightly from picture shown.
