Mfr # 3594. This is a diecast bronze transom latch used on Project-In windows. Often called a transom or hopper type of window that is above door height, the ring on the latch make s it easy for the consumer to reach up with a transom pole and hook (Prime-Line part H 3753) and engage the latch to lock or unlock. It has mounting holes of 1-7/16 in. with a bronze finish. A keeper and installation screws are included.
