Mfr # 118-3003. Impeller fitting JohnsonEvinrude Outboard 9510hp applications 195873 is an essential component in determining the performance of a centrifugal pump is the impeller design An appropriately built impeller maximises flow while minimising turbulence and increasing efficiency The structural integrity of open impellers is compromised They're frequently seen in lowcost, smalldiameter pumps and pumps that handle suspended materials The impeller is responsible for transferring energy from the prime mover to the liquid Water pump impellers are classified as closed, semiopen, or open, depending on whether they have front and rear cover plates The blades are split into cylindrical and twisted blades based on their construction Closedtype impellers typically have 212 backcurved blades and high operating efficiency for example, singlesuction and doublesuction centrifugal pumps use this impeller, the singlestage singlesuction centrifugal pump impeller has axial force So some impellers have balance holes at the blade roots Like the impeller of a sewage pump, halfopen and open impellers have a modest number of blades, usually 2 to 5 They are typically used for pumping slurry, granular liquid, or sewage The water pump's impeller material must have appropriate mechanical strength and a degree of wear and corrosion resistance Cast iron, cast steel, stainless steel, or, for example, oil pump products are commonly used to transport flammable and explosive oils, depending on the needs of the conveying medium Impellers made of bronze are utilised Features Reliable designed to perform Can split blades into cylindrical and twisted blades based on their construction high operating efficiency balance holes at the blade root Specification Brand Sea star Solutions SKU 183003 UPC 030999314994 Weight 009 lbs This product replaces 473003, GLM89670, AP13140, 9289670, 30999314994, 945218 Impeller fitting JohnsonEvinrude Outboard 9510hp applications 195873 This product replaces 473003, GLM89670, AP13140, 9289670, 30999314994, 945218 Show more
