Taiwanese Gaba Oolong from Qing Xin bushes, grown in the highlands near Ali Shan. This interesting Gaba features an authentic flavor profile. In the late 1980s Japanese specialists developed a processing technique that minimizes oxygen exposure, allowing for tea with increased GABA content. Gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) enhances concentration and productivity, slightly lowers blood pressure, relaxes, and alleviates tension.
