Galaxy® (T90 Pellet) is an Australian superstar hop that has joined the ranks of elite aroma varieties alongside Citra® and Mosaic®. It delivers an intensely tropical aroma dominat ed by passion fruit, citrus, and peach — with high alpha acids making it equally useful for bittering.Alpha Acids: 13–15% | Beta Acids: 5–6%Brilliant solo or blended with Citra or Mosaic® for a tropical IPA.
