One the most popular hops in craft brewing today, Galaxy hops are adored for their huge oil content and pungent citrus and passionfruit flavors. This single hop variety accounts fo r the majority of hop yield coming from Australia, and is still one of the more difficult hops to get your hands on. It's so popular that we have to contract for it years in advance, so be sure to shore up your supply when it's in stock! This tantalizing dual purpose hop can be used up and down the hopping schedule and is an absolute stunner when used late in the boil, whirlpool, or dry hopping. Expect big aromas of peach with hints of pineapple and tropical fruit. Use liberally in all hop-forward styles, including IPAs, Pale Ales, Hazys, hoppy lagers, or any beer where you want to add a little tropical twist.
