A round table naturally feels more relaxed and more conversational than a rectangular one, and that is a big part of this design’s appeal. The black finish gives the top a cleaner, more graphic look, which helps the table feel modern and defined rather than soft or traditional. It is a finish that brings contrast into the room without needing extra detail. The base keeps that darker look from becoming too heavy. Slim black metal legs give the table a lighter outline underneath, while the chrome feet add a sharper finishing point that lifts the overall design. That contrast is small, but it helps the table feel more polished and considered. As a four-seat dining table, this version is especially useful where space matters but style still counts. It is part of the Packed-Flat Design Project, created to make delivery easier into different rooms and property types while reducing packaging, and all tools needed for assembly are supplied. It also sits within the wider Astley dining collection, which includes both round and rectangular tables in black oak, natural oak and walnut finishes. Show more
