Galloup's Flatliner is unique in that it is tied 90 degrees to the hook which keels the fly to it's side on the pause between strips. Very light to cast and has great action with t he deceiver style tail. Jerk stripes are the way to fish this fly. Long pauses in between can sometimes draw a hard strike.
