Our galvanized brick ties have been manufactured in accordance with NZBS 3604:2011. Rated Earthquake Heavy (tested to AS/NZS 2699.1:2000). Cold rolled mild steel which is hot dipped galvanized to 470g/m square for high corrosion resistance. With a built-in 15 degree angle, they exceed council specifications to stop water from reaching the framework. Each tie has a strengthening rib and built-in notches to help with purchase in the mortar. Our ties come in two quantities: 250 ties + 260 screws (in a sturdy plastic 10L bucket) 500 ties + 520 screws (in a weatherproof plastic sack) Proudly New Zealand made and always available for technical advice. Galvanized brick ties are also available in the smaller 90mm variety.Delivery: We can freight our brick ties anywhere in NZ, with same-day delivery in Auckland or pick up from our factory in East Tamaki.
