Vintage- 2025 Our very first crack at Gamay! Kuitpo fruit, 100% whole-bunch fermented for ten days, then pressed to used French Oak puncheons for ten months matuaration. Super live ly red fruits, bursting with intense violets and raspberries. Juicy acidity results in a long, mouth-watering finish. Drinks beautifully with or without a chill.
