The MARPOL Convention requires from the 1st March 2018 changes to record keeping of treatment of garbage and cargo residues. The new Garbage Record Book (1203Y) complies to these u pdated regulations and provides tables for recording of the required entries for both category A-I garbage as well as category J-K HMI and non HMI cargo residues.
