INSPIRATION: An orange glow infuses the air of this garden scene. Billowy hydrangeas sway in the soft evening light. Part of my “Color Notes” series, this painting includes thick c olor swatches of paint along the bottom edge of the painting. Inspired by the art of nature journaling and of notes in music, these Color Notes paintings celebrate the signature colors used in the creation of each piece. DETAILS: This is a framed original painting. 8x10” acrylic painting on 11x14” panel, total size 12.5x15.5” including the frame. Signed on the front and finished with a gloss varnish.
