It is the next best thing to taking an in person class. 4. A printable template to help with the snail and flower's sizing 5. A printable image of the finished project All five documents can be printed (by you) and fit on 8.5x11 paper. There are 7 pages in total. Supplies that you will need to complete the project: 1. Felting wool: one color for the ground/mixed into snail shell, one color for the flower stems/leaves/mixed into snail shell, one color for the flower centers/snail body/mixed into snail shell, and one color for the flower petals. 2. Felting needles: 38 Triangle are used in the tutorial but other size 38 needles can be substituted. 3. Felting mat: our Wool Micro Mat is used as the work surface to do the sculpting on but then becomes the base for the scene. Other mats could be used as a work surface. Core wool could be substituted for the base if it is felted into a similar shape. 4. Extras: 20 gauge fabric wrapped floral wire in 2, 3, and 4 in. pieces.
