Our current seasonal espresso is a blend of Ethiopia Jabanto Producers and Colombia Sergio Calderon single-origin coffees. Named in tribute to our current home in Rosebery, NSW, wh ich was originally nick-named ‘the garden suburb’. Combining these two washed-processed coffees results in a smooth espresso with floral notes and a pleasant acidity. We designed this blend predominantly for espresso and long blacks, however it works beautifully with milk. This blend will change based on single-origin coffee crops and what we believe is tasting good! Show more
