The latch design makes the camera easy to open and close. The weatherproof seal was also enhanced. The camera has a 1/4 x 20 tripod mount on the bottom and the back of the case. There are teeth on the back of the case to ensure a firm grip on what the camera is mounted to. The batteries are held snuggly in a covered battery compartment inside the camera. A handy internal viewer allows for picture viewing and easy programming. The SD card is in a great location coming out the bottom and is easily removeable.
