Our congestion fighting oxymel is a special blend of chopped fresh garlic that contains the all-powerful allicin that thins out mucus helping to unblock stuffy heads and swollen nasal passages. The garlic is paired with the warming ginger which also serves as an antihistamine, anti-inflammatory, and decongestant. The two herbs are simmered in apple cider vinegar and seasoned with the aromatic star anise pods and sweetened with raw honey. Ingredients: Star anise pods, garlic, ginger root, apple cider vinegar, and honey Suggested use: Shake well before each use.
