Texel Greens, or Garlic Kale, is a hybrid variety developed by the University of Texas. Like other kale microgreens, its flavor is sweeter and less bitter than mature kale, with a subtle garlicky finish. An excellent addition to salads, sandwiches, wraps, eggs, and avocado toast. Nutrients: Vitamins A, B, C, E, and K, as well as calcium, iron, zinc, magnesium, potassium, amino acids, and antioxidants.
