Garuda About Our Statue : In this Sculpture, we have exquisitely carved the copper body of Garuda and gilded it with genuine 24k gold. We portrayed the Buddhist Eagle as a bird carrying a snake that appears to be eaten by a deity. This statue may be used for a variety of Buddhist occasions, and it will be the ideal meditation gift from Nepal to a practitioner like you. Introduction To The Garuda : Garuda is a gigantic bird of prey in Buddhism. They are also known as Suparna at times. This translates to "good wings, good wings." They, like the Nagas, mix the attributes of animals and sacred beings and are the lowest of the Devas. Garuda has rulers and towns, and some of them have the magical ability to turn into human shapes while dealing with humans. -------------------------------------------------- Size: 17.5 cm(Height) and 18 cm(Base)Weight: 0.356 kg--------------------------------------------------- How do take care of your statues? Place them at room temperature, avoiding direct sunlight. Make sure that the area where your statue is placed is completely free of moisture and dust. Place it at the highest place on your altar after being consecrated by Lama/monks. The best practice is to keep them covered inside a glass cabinet. Do not use your bare hands or any objects with a rough surface to wipe the face. Directly touching with the bare hand objects can smudge the face, leaving scratches.
