Common Questions About the Gasket Kits Is this a full engine gasket set?No. It is a top end kit, which is what a cylinder or head job needs. A full rebuild also needs the bottom end gaskets and seals. Can I use a stock gasket set on a big bore motor?Not reliably. The fire ring has to match the bore, and stock gaskets are not built for the cylinder pressures a big bore build makes.
