Incredibly easy to look after, these gorgeous specimens form a dense rosette of fleshy green leaves with finely serrated edges. A close relative to Aloe, Gasteria originate from So uth Africa. Place in a bright spot (direct sunlight not necessary for Gasteria) and water when the compost has dried out. Avoid humid atmospheres, such as bathrooms. Feed once a year in spring.
