In this class we will will be making three absolute Gastro pub classics! We will start with a classic twice baked cheese souffle with a cheese sauce served witha delicious salad. F ollowed by that classic Steak and triple chips with a peppercorn sauce and a side of Bearnaise for those chips! and we finish with Sticky Toffee pudding with toffee sauce!
