Terms of Service Written Notification - Please provide the nominated height in writing via email, text, or any other written format, clearly including your order number. Without this, work may be delayed. Rounding Up - Some patterns might not be cut to an exact height, especially horizontal paneling or louvre gates, since the full-size horizontal panels or louvres need to be kept intact. In such cases, we’ll recommend the closest possible height (usually within 50mm). This typically won’t affect the final installed height, as different wheel sizes are available on the market, and adjustments can be made during installation by packing out, etc. Timing - Once we have the height confirmed, this will take up to 3 working days for collection or shipping. Disclaimer - We take no responsibility if the provided height is incorrect. However, if the error is minimal, we will do our best to help out. And also note this is only for the height cut, not an assembly service which needs to be paid separately by selecting the "Assembled" option under each gate.
