Easy Install Gate King installs in about 10 minutes per side using the included stainless steel hardware. Simply remove your stock tailgate cables and replace them with the Gate King arms—just match the left (L) and right (R) markings. Attach the hardware with the provided washers and bolts, apply Loctite, and tighten in place. Once installed, flip the tabs up to engage the locking system and you’re ready to go. A release tool is included in case the latch ever sticks, though operation is smooth and reset is automatic when closing the tailgate. Show more
