A gate-stop acts to stop the gate properly so that the latch does not absorb all of the gate's closing impact, which will reduce the life of the expensive latch. This stop is made for metal gates. See related products below for wood or vinyl stops. It features an integrated rubber buffer that softens the gate slam and greatly reduces noise.
