Each tray is handcrafted in my Leonard, Michigan studio from ten layers of sustainably sourced wood veneer. Every layer is carefully glued, molded, trimmed, sanded, and finished by hand before receiving a durable hand-rubbed oil and wax finish that highlights the warmth of the natural wood while providing water and stain resistance. The exposed layers along the edge quietly reveal how the piece is made—a subtle celebration of the craft itself. Cork pads on the underside protect the surface beneath while keeping the tray securely in place.
