Made of Bone China material we went in on these plates. We wanted something quality that is dishwasher safe. Theses are large 18 inch size serving dishes and come as a single dish. In this case you will need to send us proof of damaged photo to our email. We will only refund per damaged plate and not the complete set. We do NOT ship replacement plates.
