The base of this gas cylinder store is mild steel sheet, with RHS cross members and pressed ribs. The corner posts and mains rails are from rolled hollow section and the back and side panels are also mild steel sheet, corrugated where needed. The sloping roof has been fitted with bracing and fully welded around the perimeter. The unit has crane-lifting points with a maximum gross weight of 2000kg and base plinths. A separate ramp to aid loading and unloading is available upon request as an additional accessory to this unit. To finish, the unit has been shot blasted and painted to approximately 100 microns.
