UnoDent Sterilisation Pouches feature an adhesive strip and transparent blue tinted 2-ply laminate film front for easy instrument identification. Self-seal adhesive strip system av oids the costs of purchasing and validating heat seal equipment and every size has dual colour indicator arrows that change when steam (autoclave) processed, eliminating the need for separate indicator tape. Suitable for use as packaging of medical devices which are to be terminally sterilised. Made with medical grade paper. Manufactured in an ISO Class 7 cleanroom facility. Each pouch printed with a lot number for full manufacturing traceability. Single use. CE marked and meet the requirements of HTM 01-05, BS EN 868-5 and ISO 11607-1. The Steam Autoclave process indicators printed on UnoDent Sterilisation Pouches operate on chemical changes occurring when the indicator is subjected to both heat and moisture. The colour change is normally from a light pink to a medium/dark brown. The indicator colour may vary in intensity depending on the amount of ink printed. This variation is a natural part of the printing process. A correctly processed indicator will show a noticeable change.
