After that, it’s all about the grind and finishes to reach an even greater level of performance. Convex edge geometry provides an extremely durable edge that will fillet hundreds of fish without sharpening, while the highly polished hand finish will keep it pretty and rust-free if you rinse and clean it between uses. These are set up with medium flex to handle everything from sea bass to tuna. The flexibility can be tuned to your needs if you contact me for a custom fillet. All fillets come with a carbon fiber kydex sheath and a soft zipper case.
