The EVG is a ceiling-mounted split-system wine cellar conditioner, concealed above the ceiling, that pairs a compact indoor evaporator with a separate outdoor condensing unit — keeping your cellar quietly climate-controlled while all the mechanical noise stays outside. Available for cellars of up to 230m³, it delivers continuous wine storage performance with cooling, heating and humidification built in as standard. Key Features Split configuration separates the indoor evaporator from the outdoor condenser, keeping cellar noise to a minimum 3 condensing options GCH - Air Condensing GCG - Ductable Air Condensing GCW - Water Condensing Cooling, heating and humidification in a single system — maintains ideal wine storage conditions year-round Ceiling-mounted indoor evaporator, concealed above the ceiling, for straightforward installation without sacrificing cellar floor or ceiling space Available in 6 capacities: up to 230m³, with the GCH condensing unit matched to your cellar volume Uses R513A refrigerant — a low global-warming-potential gas that meets current European environmental regulations Specifications Cellar capacity: 30m³ / 48m³ / 82m³ / 122m³ / 170m³ / 230m³ System type: Ceiling-mounted and concealed split system Functions: Cooling, heating, humidification Refrigerant: R513A Condenser units: GCH - Air Condensing GCG - Ductable Air Condensing GCW - Water Condensing Installation Notes The EVG uses a split configuration: the indoor ceiling-mounted evaporator unit is installed above the ceiling, while the condensing unit is positioned outdoors. This arrangement allows refrigerant pipework to be run between the two units, ensuring the compressor noise and heat rejection remain entirely outside the cellar environment. Installation should be carried out by a qualified refrigeration engineer. Please contact us if you require guidance on siting the outdoor unit or running pipework for your specific cellar layout.
